This is why I wish there were a reliable way to clean....uh....conserve copper coins.

It was consigned to me. The owner submitted it himself 15 years ago to ensure it was real.

 

The VDB is there. It's hard to see with all the bad corrosion and cleaning etc, but it's there.

 

Wait, so the tiny anacs slab was used in 2001? I didn't know that. Think I'm gonna have to go crack open conder's book

 

One of my last ANACS submissions was in early 2001, or perhaps 2000? Anyway it was a $20 Saint that came back MS61 and a $10 Indian that came back MS details, cleaned, net MS60.

 

I'll give u 10 for it.lol
