And said you gave me my instructions but boss I have to disagree with you and I have a different way of doing what you want done, and it will save time and money.</p><p>Though it may not be the set way the boss expects the work to be done. In the long run the bosses looking at the time and money it cost to do a certain project</p><p>I'm going to try and keep this a little short by saying the boss is saved sometime and a couple thousand dollars that went into his pocket. Needless to say the next time we had to do a similar job, the boss changed his mind on how he wanted the job done someone has showed him a new way to save him time and money.</p><p><br /></p><p>Basically Larry what I see in you and Chris you Cannot accept the fact there is a different way of looking at things.
