An objective interrogatory/deposition, respectively provided by differing parties, with subsequent briefs evaluated by an adjudicating body is probably more apropos to address your demands/statements. Civility generally precludes necessitating the aforementioned process, but selective objective presentation is often a necessary precursor to potential action.
