    Just check with an established US banknote dealer, Here are the information about this note.

    This is a proof card. Nothing special. Worth about $200 USD. They used trials back then and most of them made it to the trash can while getting ready to use the 1922 series. They may not be printed using the same paper as the 1922 series.
