US Mint Silver Proof Set

    Does anyone know if the plastic holder they send these sets in, are PVC free, or safe to keep the coins stored in.

    Even though they're PVC free, they are not air-tight or water resistant. Only a few of the US Mint proof sets I've had for a long time show some toning around the edges of the coin. But, I try my best to keep them properly stored.
