This doesn&#039;t seem right. How can they state that these coins include a presentation case and instead include a velvet bag. There isn&#039;t anything presentable about a velvet bag. I enjoy the coins and am glad to have them, but I feel that the mint is doing a poor misleading job with their advertisment and followup customer service is poor. Any ideas? Any number that I can talk to someone in charge?
