Based on my own personal experience, I believe that. But if you can get a piece of that packaging tested, and the test says it has PVC - then I&#039;ll believe that.</p><p><br /></p><p>Same thing goes for washing coins after striking. The mint maybe guilty of a lot of things, but they have always prided themselves on producing the best quality product they could. And any washing process after striking could never do anything but cause more harm to the coins.
