Haven't seen a post on this silver medal yet...so I thought I'd post in case somebody doesn't know about it. It went on sale today. Congress authorized 2 million to be produced- with roughly half at West Point and the other half at Philadelphia. You have the option to which mint mark you would like- and you can order both if you chose with no limit per household. Intro price of $56.95 with $10 donated to 9/11 Memorial & Museum. Will not ship until 9/1/11 I think the design of the coin is ugly, but got one from each nonetheless.
