Proofs were also minted at Philadelphia up until 1968 when the production of proofs was moved to San Francisco and some are also minted at West Point (W mintmark).
Just realized that I have some uncirculated and these coins are my first collection coins that I purchased 30 years ago from the Franklin Mint except for 2018. I will dig it up and post some pics later.
Wrong country mate. Brandon is talking about British proof coins, not American. And Brandon, I’m pretty certain that coin isn’t a proof. It definitely doesn’t look like one.
Here’s some cents for you. You can see them better here. https://www.cointalk.com/threads/braided-hair-large-cents-date-set.296769/
I don't have any pics on me at the moment... But I DEFINITELY prefer Large U.S. Cents. I don't have a 1793 (one for sale in my shop for $26K), 1799, 1804 or some of the Major Variations, but think I am missing only about 5 actual years of U.S. Large Cents. Got the Flying Eagles. Have most all Indian Heads except for 1877. Missing a 1909-S VDB and a 1955 Doubled Die.
Here are some I already had uploaded. Thank you. They are all in pretty good condition. Amazing coins that has circulated for so many years and have played an economic role in the US.
