upgrade candidate? is this worth a crackout?

    Those pictures are terrible, but I'm seeing an ugly coin, poorly struck, with minimal luster. There may or may not be some rub on there as well, hard to tell. It looks to have been dipped several times and that toning is not original (looks like the kind of toning I associate with improperly rinsed dipped coins).

    In short, no, I do not think that has a chance of upgrading.

    No it won’t upgrade, but more likely end up in a body bag: UNC details - improperly cleaned.

    MS-61 looks about right. It won't upgrade.

    If it's graded a MS-61 I'd be pleased. Not an attractive coin but it is a nice design. Leave it be.

    It is your money and your decision BUT IMO the coin will not upgrade and as stated earlier, by another, it could end up as cleaned.
