No way! That's way too low. Why? Because the recent Boy Scouts commem and the Veterans commems both just released with introductory pricing at $33.95 for the uncirculated coins and $39.95 for the proof coins. After April 22, on the Scouts coin, if they are still available, prices will increase to $35.95 for uncirculated coins and $43.95 for proofs. Same goes for the Veterans coin but the date of the increase is a bit sooner.

Also... according to a story just released from Mint News Blog on 3/10/2010 'Price Increases for 2010 US Mint Annual Sets' are on the way... and it appears from the article that all products across the board may begin going through price increases over the course of the year.

I think you have to start an ASE Proof at $49.95 introductory price with a $6 increase a short while later, which would be $55.95. Will there even be a "W" unc ASE? When the AGB was released end of 2009 they didn't do any "W" uncs, only proofs... but if there is an ASE "W" unc from the Mint, then perhaps $43.95 introductory price, then $49.95.

Demand will be insane for these. I would look for a strict, strict household limit of 1, 3 or 5 IF we are lucky! They will certainly command these prices and sell very quickly with shipping delays SURE to follow. Look to order them 2-3 months ahead of shipping dates.
