2008w american eagle unc one ounce silver dollar - 509,001 2008 mint uncirculated five pieces set - 64,443
gold will break the $1,000.00 per ounce by next week. silver will further rise. my guess is $17.00 or more.
yes. the mint will rise its prices for gold products only. based on its price chart. but the silver products might not. because the mark up is quite big.
these are gold products that can be affected when gold rise: the immediate affected gold products are the spouses gold like letitia tyler. tyler's gold will be offered on jun 4. if average gold for that week is $950.00 to $999.99. the the tyler's 1/2 oz gold will be selling at $654.00 for proof and $641.00 for unc. if gold pass $1,000.00. the minimum for tyler's gold will be selling at $679.00 for proof and $666.00 for unc. well, the uhr double eagle and the 2009 american buffalo one ounce proof gold will also affected. the mint might not selling this year the american eagle gold series. or might selling it for a very short time on late 2009 or early 2010. then this might create another rarity.
So we should be ready to pounce if the American Eagles become available later this year. It's gonna be a difficult balance whether to go all in with the proof and mint sets (and possibly spouses) or hold back for a possible play with the American Eagles. If the Mint does come out with AEs, everybody might be too tapped out, causing the mintages to be even lower.
apmex is selling 2009 american eagle bullion unc one ounce gold at $49.95 over their gold ask price. and selling 2008 american buffalo bullion unc one ounce gold at $129.95 over their gold ask price. so american buffalo have a better premium. $80.00 different between buffalo and eagle.

I take it the native american, will the lowest mintage? Or will this one skyrocket up a bit? Due to how things are going, mintage wise, will the last coin for this year, end up with the lowest mintage of the presdentials so far?
Okay so steadily declining, than rose up with the JACKSONS...Then went back down, and going down again, and down some more... Will be interesting to see how all this plays out
that's true. it's really hard to predict which one will be low. the mint knew it and made it that way. just to make collectors excitement.

Elaine -- could you clarify what else, above, is "not final" ? Or is it _all_ final except for the 2009 Sac?
