production for 2008 8-8-088 set might be so few or few hundred sets being sold. no wonder no production report since its offered.

they are mass produced, like almost everything today except for the finer things in life. Everyone seems to be saying that in 100 years or so that they will be valuable, well I've got news for you THEY WON'T. If I may make 2 points: 1; 100 years ago, coins were made with relatively low mintages compared to today, 2; these are not silver and not desirable. So much like the state quarters, don't fall for this. They're essentially worth one dollar.
