Can anyone tell me more about a bill I have collected? It's in good shape, a 1934A $10 silver cert. I think what might make it unusual is that bot hte front and back printing are slightly shifted. In other words, the borders are uneven. Morgenthau, Jr. and M. Juleau? maybe? Thanks. Can send a pic. Darby.
