Here's an unofficial issue pairing on obverse of Faustina I with a reverse of Faustina II (Cf. RIC III Rome 496 Antoninus Pius). Faustina I Circa A.D. 160 AR Denarius 17mm 2.3g [DIVA] FAVSTINA; draped bust right AVGVSTI PII FIL; Concordia standing l., holding patera and cornucopiae.
Yes, I thought that I had a Faustina II mormal type type till I noticed the obverse was not working out right. A few more whiskeys xxx and nothing was right at all but it was all good

The hybridization goes both ways, too. Cohen, citing a specimen in the BnF,[1] reports a denarius with an obverse of Faustina II reading FAVSTINA AVGVSTA paired with a reverse of Faustina I, AETERNITAS, Aeternitas standing l., holding globe and raising veil above her head.[2] This specimen is cited in RIC3 as no. 677.[3] And also cited by BMCRE4 as "hybrid -- rev. of Faustina I?"[4] From the description, I presume this is the reverse type on this hybrid: ~~~ 1. Strack III (Anh. I, 20) notes the BnF catalog number is 5795. It is not yet viewable at the BnF website. 2. Cohen, p. 136, no. 5. 3. p. 268. 4. p. 396.
