I was helping a neighbor with an inherited collection and this coin came up. No idea on this one but I told him there are people on Cointalk that would know about it.
That is an Athenian Owl Tetradrachm. They are very popular and expensive which of course means they are extensively counterfeited. I don't have the expertise to tell if it's real or not, but I'm sure others here can.
