Can anyone identify this note for me and does it have any value?

Bill, this is a Russian 100,000 Roubles that was issued by the Communists. You will find it listed in the Pick Specialised catalogue. As to its value,it is a pretty common note.It is of historical interest to a Russian banknote collector.I'm not sure if Gxseries is a collector of notes though.

This is 100.000 Rublei note of the RSFSR, the Russian Soviet Federal Socialist Respublik, it is signed by the People's Finance Kommisar, which is same signature on 1919 notes which had international languages on them even English. This is inflation era note, and was issued prior to revaluation of Ruble in early 1920ths.
