I'm not sure what this is. It appears to be a French token that was holed for use as a charm. Any information or value estimate would be appreciated. Obverse has a Renaissance era bust, facing right, under the divided legend "ludxv.d / g.fr.einrex". Reverse appears to have a seated goddess facing left under the divided legend "le repo... [interrupted] ...avictorie". Mint marks, assayor or artist initials are also present: "RF / PE / IW".
I think we have a match. Hans (Iohann) Weidinger master 1670 died 1727 French style Nuremberg jeton Mitchiner number 1846 Tranquilllity with crown on knee. He used the I.W. initials. Mitchiner's value back in 1988 was in pounds sterling (10) in vf. I hope this helps.
