You can pick pretty much any coin you want that has been graded by the TPGs and it will be grossly over-graded compared to what it would be graded based on ANA standards. And when I say grossly over-graded I mean by as many as 3, 4, 5, even 6 grades at times. I have seen the TPGs grade coins as MS67 that were really only AU coins.
