United Kingdom 1806 1 Farthing outlined?

    Any help as to why seated Britannia upper part and the twig has an outline?

    The anomaly does appear to be 'raised'. Possible die crack?

    This is what I thought at first - but - the lines follow the figure so precise

    To my old eyes it looked like someone scratched an outline with something sharp.
    They're not good enough to see if it's raised.
    If so, not grafitti-didn't mean to sound smart.

    Just checked - looks to be raised metal inside of the line - also I noticed it is outlined on the sleeve, belt line and belly.
