    Can someone please help me identify this coin ? I'm not sure how to begin a search on this... Thank you !

    That looks like Tunisia. I am not finding it in my catalogs.

    Thank you... I'll begin my search there !

    Follow up - From the Tunisia hint, I believe I've narrowed it down to Algerian, perhaps a token. Still unsure.

    More follow up: I found an exact picture at this link. It's the middle of three coins. Possibly an Algerian Budju

    Your "coin" is a brass "belly dance" costume coin with imitation Arabic writing on it.
