Uncirculated 1984 clipped planchet dime

    How much do you think this is worth?
    Im not 100% sure but i think there are more errors? What do you think?

    I'm not so sure that's a clipped planchet.
    Can you post a photo of the edge at the clip?

    I just blew up the pics. That's not a clip.
    That was done by with tin snips or wire cutters.
    Sorry, not a winner.

    Because they are retarded........look at the jagged edge. No clip.

    Here is an example of a strait clip dime. the edge opposite the strait clip will show weakness . This is called the Blakesley effect . The design elements close to the clip often seem to look pulled and stretched. This is because there is not enough coin metal in that area to fill the die.
    You are on the right track but you just need to know the tell tale signs.

    Hello I have a strange dime it has all smooth surface but it is convenient caved and u can see that it is doubled on letters and date also it concaves it is a 1984 it looks amazing I need help

    But hopefully the photos will prove me wrong.
