1963 Una Peseta Error. Can someone please tell me the technical term for this error? There is a similar error on the obverse in the same area.

Yes, those help but full size would have been better. It is a clash, by the looks of the obverse it looks slightly mis-aligned.

    Hows, the Goat Ropin Business?
    Welcome to CT!
    Good to have ya.
Have you found the world coin section?

By, the way. that's a cool clash! I don't know much about world coins. I do buy what I like, though.
Wish I would have saw it first!

Glare is to be expected, when you take a photo through a flip.
Your coin was issued in 1966.
These have two dates on them, the design was introduced in 1963,
but the date of issue is in the two stars on either side of UNA.

What is the line by the ear.

Most of us just add opinions, we get corrected, and we move on, there are a lot of folks on here that are helpful in your education, you just have to choose the ones that fit your needs.

What is the line over the ear?

Your chance to redeem your self for the flip!

The stuff on the ear was crud on the flip. I wiped it off and took better photos for the other forums, for ebay, Bonanza or ??? when I am ready to sell.

You guys (and gals) are great. I just started collecting two or three months ago and feel like I am way behind a huge learning curve. It is supposed to be fun but I get hyper focused on one coin and make forum guys nuts with questions.

Thanks again for the help; I appreciate it. DSC_0057.JPG

Now, What can you tell me about this one? Its suppose to have a smooth rim but the reverse has this. At first I thought PMD but the coin is not damaged on its interior. At least not what would be expected in comparison to the rim. Any information on coins with this rim would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance. DSC_0060.JPG DSC_0061.JPG
