Hey, if you like it, it's only $20 so put it in a sleeve and keep it, or list it on eBay and see what takers you get.
@SteveInTampa is very knowledgeable regarding modern notes, low print run stars, etc. Hopefully he will chime in With modern notes, condition is everything and yours looks decent. Not sure how many collectors out there collect $20 low print run stars, but I wouldn't dismiss it as being a face value note just yet. My gut says there may be a premium, but I can't say how much or if it will be easy to find a buyer
The 2017 $20 Cleveland replacement note is the key star for the series and very desirable in uncirculated condition. It took me months to find an example I was happy with.
