    Ive checked star notes for years never seen level of rarity using starnote lookup also a crisp bill.

    It may be more desirable to some, but it's no more rare than 63798734, or 38602726, or 09590324, or . . . all serial numbers are unique.

    .00018 % on my currency checker...99.52 coolness....thats the serial number configuration as fancy (or not).....the $20 in question is based on number of notes within a run....(?) A star note (replacement) run.....sal's note is not a star note...
