Common MS saints carry such a tiny premium as it is and there is not much room to go lower in relation to melt (exceptions noted). Why not be very picky and find yourself a high end 65? Is a 66 absolutely necessary? Its not as if such coins can remotely be considered rare and its not that tough to find for under sheet. UHRs are very popular right now but they still can be found for well under eBay or other retail prices. If you know what you are doing, a little legwork can go a long way. Neither of these are wise "investment coins" IMHO. If value solidity is very important to you, there are many better buys than these two out there to be had. Buy and collect what you like. Your enjoyment is the most important aspect of any collecting purchase.
