your Nerva sestertius is genuine , nice portrait.
I didn't notice this seller till now , their prices are a little exaggerated.
    Look at this beauty :

All the photos you've posted are so poor that there's no possible way to determine anything from them.

Well that sucks. I think you’ll have a hard time winning the fight against a 10,000 feedback seller.

Then again, eBay almost always sides wjth the buyer so....

You could try to ask seller to take pics of what he received.

At that point though it’s unfortunately just a he-said-she-said situation.

Would you mind posting a pic of the sellers picture? Your “Nerva” was pretty distinctive

Well that’s definitely the same coin, no doubt.

At this point the seller COULD presumably take a picture of a different coin and claim that’s the one he received. There’s really no proof here.

Sometimes you just get burned. Once I bought a $99 dollar necklace. I returned it via eBay process, with eBay return label.

The post office never scanned the tracking. The seller claimed to have never received it. I had no recourse. I lost my money. The seller got my money and got the necklace.
Sometimes the buyer IS NOT always right.
