    Let me ask you about a 1999 Georgia State quarter I found in my change on the reverse on the banner wisdom there appears to be a D below on the banner and some doubling on justice and thanks for the opinion I value yours not to demean anyone else

    I am sorry. but I do not see any thing indicating any mint doubling with the lettering on the scroll or 'D'. These are from the single strike era ( post-1995) when theoretically there should be no doubled dies as it was only 1 strike , not multiple like the past, but some people still insist they happen even to current. Jim

    Oblivious? Those of us who are oblivious in some rhelm of interest may show remarkable insight in others. Put away your belief of your exaggerated social status and try just being human and humane
