I check into it, and it's a package that I mailed (and has already been delivered) that weighed less than 8 oz (I purchased a 9 oz label because I usually pad them by an ounce or so just to be safe.) Every single USPS employee except ONE has been utterly incompetent, and I'm counting the call back I received where their phone was messed up (I couldn't hear them talking, just a click when it was their time to reply.) Apparently I was supposed to receive an initial email with some ID code (I didn't receive the email, by the way, so I don't have the code.) I am livid that so much of my time has been wasted on such an obvious error they made, and that I've received zero competent assistance from them to get my account up and running again.
