Thanks for the nice comments Hi all, Roy sent me an email alerting me that my Type Set was being discussed here, so I figured I'd pop in and say hi. I don't expect to be active here, but will follow this thread. As a matter of fact, not long ago, I decided to take a break from collecting, and am in the process of selling most of my collection (the Type Set is a keeper, though.) I think it's kinda neat that when you do a Google search on Dansco 7070, my site is the first link! Regarding the set, it took me about 3 years to complete. Since initial completion, I've replaced about 10 coins so they fit in better with the rest of the set. I paid a premium for the Seated Dollar w/Motto, the last coin upgraded, as it really is a fabulous coin. About 2/3 of the non-moderns were slabbed and I cracked them out for the set. I agree with Troodon about the Commems. I don't believe they belong in the set, so I just left those holes ampty (and not photographed.) IfI were desgning a Type Set album, there are things I'd do differently, but Dansco was the best option available. Barry
