Thats a nice addition to any error collection! Most grading companies will just put "MINT ERROR" on the slab or "UNCIRCULATED" for these because of the difficulty in grading. Some, like ANACS just say MS60 like this one: Which is obviously nicer than a 60. The times the company actually tries to grade it, the nicks and scruffs on the surface are more contrasted than coins with design. So that takes down the eye appeal, a big role in coin grading. That is why it is unlikely to see a higher grade example.
It's not worth the slabbing fees, imo, unless you need it as part of a display or ? The Quarter planchet is a $3-$5 retail item
For the 3-5$ price, I will just buy some already in a slab. Thanks Fred I think I paid 4 or 5 for this one.
