Lol, I knew as soon as I saw the tape-job that this was a bust. Absolutely I don't want these re-listed or even on the market again for that matter. I am taking All the necessary steps to move forward with this one. $95 is small play to where it is well worth my time to make sure these coins don't hit the market ever again. I filed claim with eBay and contacted a well known Numismatic crime detective (Doug Davis) on the matter. He is gonna enter the seller into his database. I somewhat feel that the seller was duped as well, as he was tough and scared I was trying to rip him off. His tone changed when he received another email (according to him) about another buyer stating his coins were fakes.

Im not out to bury a guy if he is making an honest mistake. The seller demands for me to pay for return shipping and I'm not having that. I spoke with a human over at eBay and they assured me that the sellers 14-day return policy with "buyer pays rerun shipping" will be null and void. If I am to return the coins, I would only do so using USPS Registered with tracking (about $12 or $15). I didn't even take the 40%ers out from the tape-tomb. The seller emailed me earlier with the idea that he wants the coins back so he can take them to his local B&M and donate them for further educational purposes. I like that idea and would be willing to pay return shipping if I can verify what shop and call and ask if the coins could be sent directly to them, instead of the seller. My main concern at this point is to get these off the market and get my money back. I would rather they be destroyed than get my $95 back and have them still out there. Like I said though guys, I will be keeping you all updated on the situation and how it plays out.

This actually might be a little more fun than if the pick was a hit.... Well maybe not, but I love and respect Numismatics so much that "this guy sold the wrong coins to the wrong guy" and I will fight for what is right till the end without even worrying if I get one penny back

....more to come
