Recently, during my coin hunting endeavors, I came across an article (Wexlers I believe) that described some different types of Doubling that I was not aware of. I fear I might have missed some good finds, so I'm going back and rechecking the ones I put in the discard pile. I found two coins, a 68-S and an 85-D. I was wondering if anyone knew if they were anything special, and tried to take best pics I could.

The 68-S was unusually large in the Date and Mintmark. A closer examination at the mintmark also reveals what looks like something inside the lower curve of the S, but I'm just not sure.

The 85-D has an unusual die cud or something under the mintmark. I realize both are hard to see because of my pics, but if you have any input, it would be appreciated! Thanks so much! 1968-s.JPG 1985-d.JPG
