Ah, was waiting for that one.. I was getting ready to post mine. Do you have it in the original Martini or Heinz set, or singly?

 

In the martini packaging. My wife likes martini and collected the tokens to get me one. That was before we knew about the mule

 

Ah yes - I have that one too - also in the Martini package. I had it for nearly 30 years before I read about the mule and found I had it.

 

It took a while to be discovered

 

Wow, great luck. I bought mine about 7-8 years ago in the aftermarket - also Martini. I have heard these were found also in a very few ordinary specimen sets.

 

Well, I had to show mine. The obverse somehow does not photograph here well, but the critical reverse does....

 

Like a lot of people, I've got a1797 Cartwheel in my collection.


I also have some of the medieval equivalents, the half-groat, worth 2 pence. These examples are from Edward III.
