It's me again, Newbie, who's been sitting on an incredible coin lot for years, and now, has the time to become slightly obsessed!
Hello . Welcome . The Cent is Def. damaged . As far as ths dime , it could be a grease filled dime or it may be wear. Hard to tell for sure . JMHO .
The Lincoln is damaged (moved metal) The Mercury is a grease filled die. Edit Sal beat me to the punch.
Copper is a soft metal, and very malleable. ]A letter or number can easily be moved on the coins surface.
That Cent took a hit and moved the soft copper so it's damaged. The weak 4 onbthe dime looks like the Die had grease or debris and caused it to look weak. Very common.
