Keep the loop to the ground (about 1 inch).</p><p>Bring a gold ring and some different coins with you. I don&#039;t know what machine you use. But it may have a nneter &amp; sound. When you check the ring &amp; coins one at a time. Listen and remember the numbers that come up.Solid sounds usually mean some thing good. Some times it&#039;s trash. Also, remove all trash. You may get a positive signal, then it will go away. Sweep again, one time i found a quarter inside a bottle cap. </p><p><br /></p><p>I like to get up on a Sunday morning and check the site I&#039;m working now. I found coins, Revolutonary buttons, surgeons knife (same period). A bull point air hammer tool. I know this site has promise. So I dig with confidense.</p><p><br /></p><p>As for the guys who use to laugh at me. I&#039;m good friends with all people who detect.
