Up until last month, my Twelve Caesars set had been stuck at Six Caesars for yonks. Frankly, it wasn't a set I was in a hurry to complete, mainly because I was hunting very specific coins for certain Caesars rather than random ones for the sake of completing the set. Then, a single group lot purchase sent a flurry of very random Caesars into my collection, and eh... Twelve Caesars set, done .

So maybe this wasn't quite the epic finish to my Twelve Caesars quest, but now that I've photographed (or rephotographed) them and put them in a virtual tray, I'm plenty pleased by how they look together. It's a mixed bag of denominations and grades, but I think it has a motley charm to it . Nevertheless, I'm calling this set Version 1.0 because I'm still on the hunt for some of those specific coins that I had originally intended to include in the set.

Please feel free to share your Twelve Caesars sets!

Twelve Caesars set, done :meh:. So maybe this wasn't quite the epic finish to my Twelve Caesars quest, but now that I've photographed (or rephotographed) them and put them in a virtual tray, I'm plenty pleased by how they look together. It's a mixed bag of denominations and grades, but I think it has a motley charm to it :). Nevertheless, I'm calling this set Version 1.0 because I'm still on the hunt for some of those specific coins that I had originally intended to include in the set. Please feel free to share your Twelve Caesars sets!
