Turreted head and Hydra?

Thank you very much!! So it's not a turrete head or a hydra, just a long-necked amphora and neither is Queen Elizabeth... The "Head of Demeter right, wearing grain wreath" hadn't occurred to me... anyway, I have a lot to learn. Thanks again.
