However, an employee error occurred there. As striking of the U.S. Dimes progressed, another new S mint mark punch was needed to complete the minting. Inadvertantly, the employee sent to fetch the needed S mint mark punch picked up a Philippines 1945-S Five Centavos punch.</font></font></p><p><font size="5"> </font></p><p><font size="5"><font size="2">Viola!
