An ERROR coin you may not know about... Whether or not you collect error coins, you know what some of them are: Missing mint mark like the 1922 no D (Denver mint mark) Cent and the proof 1971 no S (San Francisco mint mark) Cent Double Die like the 1955 or 1969-S Double Die Cents Missing parts like the 1937-D (Denver mint mark) 3-legged Buffalo Nickel Then there are the blanks (2-side or one side), broadstrikes, brockages, clipped planchettes, cuds, laminations, mules, multiple strikes, off center strikes, and wrong planchets. If you own any coin guide, catalog or subscribe to a coin publication, you've seen photos of these errors. The first time we delved this subject matter, we found some errors that exist on Spanish Milled Dollars that were struck during the time they were considered Legal Tender Status in early America. On our second excursion we focused our attention on an error coin issued by our neighbor to the North, Canada. This time you'll see that even the Euro Zone mints aren't immune to producing error coins. Take a look at anerror Euro Cent that was minted somewhere between 1989 and 2010, but you won't be able to distermine when it was minted or which Euro country authorized it because it has two reverses. The Eurozone consists of Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg , Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain The currency is also used in another 5 European countries (Montenegro, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino and Vatican. Before I show you the actual Euro Cent Error, let me introduce you to three other non error Euro Cents that were minted during the same period of time so you can compare the non error coins to the <b>error> Euro Cent.
