    If you look at the angle of the lettering, they are different angles around the center. I agree with paddyman that it is double or triple Struck ( or possiblenot ) and not a doubled or tripled die coin. IMO, Jim

    Well, now it's been over 5 years since this thread started with the remarkable "find". I'm sure that the guy had to pay postage to and from to find out it was a fake.
