I'm not the doubled die specialist,
but imo, I see shelf doubling, and
    no split serifs.(aka 'mechanical/ejection'
doubling, the terms I normally use)

On the phone, I tell folks to picture
the 1955 Doubled Die Cent - even if
another doubled die doesn't have the
spread of the '55's, it's a good educational
    coin to view -

Look at the date, Liberty, IGWT - notice that
both the doubled lettering or digits are EXACTLY
the same hight off the surface of the coin, and
the same thickness - if they were closer, you'd
see the split serifs, but even a close overlapped
Doubled Die (in most cases) all the design elements
that are doubled are the same hight and thickness
    when compared to each other.
