I had been thinking about getting a lime green seal and when a dealer offered this one for $10, I decided "why not." The condition is marginal but I like the note. It wasn't until I got home that I realized it was a trinomial -- and all divisible by three! Think there's any additional value in that?

Cool! Even the Federal Reverse Bank number (12) is divisible by 3.

$10 sounds like a bargain. This note is valued at $60 in VF in my 10th Edition 'Small-Size US Paper Money' book (Schwartz & Lindquist).

Now if you can just get it in a TPG holder with a grade divisible by 3. ;)

Those books tend to be astronomically high. But nevertheless still a good deal!

The scan gives it a better look -- I'd probably call this one a VG+. It has its share of creases and there's a small stain to the upper right of the portrait that's more apparent on the back. But it's a fun, inexpensive addition. :)

Nice addition for $10 either way!

    If you could get a grade of 3, 6, 12, 15, 30, 60, 63, 66, 69, by a TPG, it would be even better!
