With a mintage of 24 and only 10 known surviving examples I HIGHLY, HIGHLY doubt International Coin Collectors Association has ever handled an 1894-S Barber Dime.

When the guy said, "We saw a 1893 Morgan silver dollar last week valued at more than $19,000" I wonder if he left unsaid, ". . . and we bought from the owner (who did not know he had a VERY valuable coin) for $24."
