Although I'm a virgin to ancient coins (well, near virgin as I did purchase that Republican denarius the other day), one coin I've always wanted was a Trajan denarius. My ancestry goes back to Spain (my user name is a clue as to what region of Spain), and I've always had a thing for the first Spanish emperor. I narrowed my target down to 3 delicious little coins of Trajan, but let's face it, being inexperienced, I knew I needed help from a pro. So I reached out to a member of this forum (I won't mention who it is unless he wants to reveal himself) and with his guidance I narrowed down my choices to this. Just paid for it, and now the waiting game begins. I can't wait to have it in my hands, so now the game of tracking my shipment anxiously as it inches ever closer to me begins. Behold our glorious Imperator Caesar Nerva Traianus in all his magnificence, and let all men tremble in the presence of the mighty God of War, Mars!
