I would say that a wise man learns from both. We’re all going to make mistakes it’s inevitable, but those mistakes can turn into a positive if we learn from them

 

While preferable to learn from the experiences and/or mistakes of others, it is impossible to reasonably argue there's anything wrong with learning from either. The end goal is of the utmost importance here.

 

its like when my wife comes home from shopping say how she had to buy something because was 60%off and it was too good a deal to say no to. Im just left with 40% more disappointment
