    Besides tracking your order on-line to confirm it's arrival, does your TPG send you a confirmation e-mail notifying you that your order has been received and in processing?

    I don't think NGC confirms receipt by email. They do send email when they ship, though.

    PCGS sends "thanks for the PCGS order", and NGC sends a "submission acknowledgement".

    I received this from ANACS via e-mail:

    Thank you for your most recent submission. We have received your coins and they are currently being processed. You will receive an auto-generated email once your order has been finalized, including tracking information and grade results.

    NGC sends a PDF form showing it was received and how many coins, at least for dealer submissions
