TPG + and * baloney--they can't even grade a coin the same twice in a row!

This is the best idea I've seen. Why skip five points and then offer + or *? If those were ONLY for condition and not for detail subtleties, then it would make more sense. But there are always better and worse coins within any grade which deserve the in between grade. There will also continue to be variation in what and how much affect there is on what detracts or enhances
a particular coin from the standard, which itself is not stable, but should be.
