Conder, that's a great list, although I might suggest different one for the 1943 steelie and Roosevelt dime. How about the 1792 half dime, and Isabella Quarter?

I agree the Roosevelt dime is weak but I like the steel cent being in there. I'm sure you noticed that my choices are more for their historical importance than their monetary values. I considered the 1792 half dime but I wanted the list to be of coins and not include patterns. The 1792 half dime has a lot of interesting history behind it, but I don't consider it to be a coin. Although I have to admit that on those grounds the 1804 dollar is shaky since it is a bit of a stretch to call it a coin.
They might be on my dream list, but they are way beyond my want list. There is only ONE of each. I have only even seen the 1919 and the 1926-S (pics only). The 1926-S went for $150,000. I have no idea what the rest sell for.
Thanks GD, I guess we live and learn. There seems to be no end to the errors that are being found. I never heard of this GM give away, was it only in the East ?
The year was/is 2000. I doubt you'd even find an unopened box from that promotion anymore. I wonder how many people actually pulled a Sac out of one of the boxes and threw it into a drawer somewhere or spent it.
