I think it is 101% certain that it is not an angel. Traditional and, I believe correct is that it is an eagle.

 

Nice list Doug. I think you are far too hard on your 2021 coins. There are some quality coins here. My favorites;
#3 - Nice architecture type and an interesting historical tie in from a collecting period that interests me.
#4 - I like Nerva-Antonine coins and can attest that nice Nerva sestertii at reasonable prices are hard to come by. Yours is a nice example, especially the portrait.
# 8 - Trajan has the most interesting coin types of the imperial period in my opinion. This alimentalia is a great example that references the famous imperial charity.

I am glad that you decided to do a list this year.
